* The ambulance type is selected based on the type of visit, examination, and availability.
** If cremation is required, round-trip transportation to the crematorium is also charged.
Ambulance (large): 66 CZK / km (round-trip)*
How much will I actually pay? 💳
❌ The final price of the examination cannot be determined in advance unless the exact scope of procedures, diagnostics, and medication used is known beforehand (e.g., vaccinations, administrative tasks, euthanasia, etc.).
✅ A deposit must be paid in advance when booking (CZK 1,000 or 2,000 depending on the type of call-out).
✅ In the case of a home visit, transportation costs will apply (see above).
✅ When examining an animal for the first time, the veterinarian is always required to perform a comprehensive clinical examination.
✅ An emergency surcharge applies for urgent call-outs/treatments, as well as appointments during weekends or after 6:00 PM (see below).
